How do I track my order?
We'll let you know when your order has shipped via email. This email will include a tracking number and shipping method. Enter the tracking number(s) into the UPS or USPS website to follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination. Your UPS or USPS tracking information can also be found after you Log In and click Order History from the left navigation. Just select the order you wish to track and click "Track Shipment."
To receive a refund, all products must be returned in original condition and all tags must be attached. Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which they were shipped.
Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Wrangler? is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.

Our Full One-Year Warranty states:
If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective, please return it and a replacement or refund will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Relations at 1-888-784-8571, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. You are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments. Please do not return garments to the distribution center address from which they were shipped.
